Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Goods Classification

Dietary supplements and nutritional products are classified as non-returnable goods under Indonesian Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Once a sealed container is opened or consumed, it cannot be returned for refund or exchange for health and safety reasons.

Sealed Product Returns

If you receive a product in unopened, sealed condition that is defective (damaged packaging, visible tampering, seal broken upon arrival), contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the damage claim and may offer replacement or partial credit toward future orders at our discretion.

Non-Defect Returns

We do not accept returns on sealed, unopened products for reasons of personal preference, changed mind, or discovered product type mismatch. To avoid this, carefully review product specifications and descriptions before placing an order or requesting a quote.

Opened or Consumed Products

No refunds are issued for opened, partially consumed, or fully consumed products. This is a standard industry practice for supplements and aligns with Indonesian health regulations regarding personal consumption items.

Quality Guarantees

We guarantee products are shipped within expiration date and in compliance with label specifications. If you receive a product past its expiration date or visibly contaminated, contact us immediately with proof. We will investigate and offer replacement or credit.

Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive, contact us with tracking information. If confirmed lost in transit, we can arrange reshipping or credit. Responsibility for shipping transfers to the recipient upon delivery confirmation.

How to Request Assistance

Indonesian Legal Basis

This policy complies with Indonesian Law No. 39 of 1999 (Consumer Protection Law) and Ministry of Health Regulation on supplement classification. Dietary supplements are food products, not medicines, and fall under specific return and refund regulations that restrict returns on open or consumed items.
